About Tanja

Tanja DjelevicTanja Djelevic, born and raised in Kristianstad, Sweden, began her formal education at the prestigious Swedish Academy of Fitness Education. Tanja continued her education by completing a Masters Degree in Psychology, specializing in Stress Management Therapy and Behavioral Life Coaching. She is a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and has fitness certifications from Reebok, AFAA, ACE, and Powerhouse Pilates.

Tanja’s workouts are known throughout Los Angeles as energetic and inspirational. Tanja teaches classes at the world famous Hollywood’s Crunch Fitness, Equinox at Sunset Plaza, and WEHO’s Fitness Factory. She has worked with myriad celebrity clientele including Matt Dillon, Pink, and Rachel Weisz. Tanja is also Swedish Cosmopolitan’s resident fitness columnist.

One of Tanja’s most rewarding endeavors is Loud Teenz, a health education and self-esteem program she created for pre-teens and teens.

Tanja’s personal training style focuses on the individual client to make sure that they are not just sweating but having fun. That is what living life loud is all about!

TRX (Total Body Exercise) Suspension Workout – PRIVATE SESSIONS BY APPOINTMENT
Turn your workout upside down and change your body without lifting a single weight! This program makes use of a simple strap with handles whose suspension design uses body weight and the laws of physics to create hundreds of exercise progressions with virtually unlimited levels of resistance.
