Guided Meditation MP3: Meditation On Opening Your Heart – Sit quietly and imagine your heart as a sponge under water.

Recipe: Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps – This healthy version of a spring roll is a perfect complement to any Asian dish or can also serve as a stand-alone meal.

Article: Fruit Cleanse – We tend to think that eating fruit means simply buying, cutting, and popping it into our mouths. You will benefit much more if you know when and how to eat it.
Recipe: Apple Mushroom Turkey Burgers – This dish can be complemented with a nice big pile of steamed spinach, or it can also be served with a large dose of carbohydrates if you want a good post-exercise meal.
