		<description>Tanja, kan bara instämma med alla dina vackra känslor. Din pappa är säkerligen väldigt stolt för att du är den du är. 
Jag förlorade min pappa nere i Kroatien när jag var ung och saknaden blir inte mindre. Men på senare år ser man glädjen av att faktiskt haft en pappa. Det du skrev var väldigt, väldigt gripande.

		<description>Not having the privelidge to grow up with a father I always told myself; you can&#039;t miss something you never had. But reading this I do realize that I missed out on not having a father. You are luckey to have had this wonderful man in your life and I&#039;m lucky to have you in MY life and having you share wonderful stories like this one.

		<description>I think waht she means -and I can understand her very well- is that she eats before bedtime, after her dinner, because she&#039;s watching TV or some other &quot;activities&quot; like this one. It is very easy to be tempted to eat when you&#039;re watching TV (as far as I&#039;m concerned, I fall for chocolate), so i suggest: try to read a book or a magazine instead and you&#039;ll see, it&#039;s very difficukt to eat reading a book! :-)</description>

Also stay away from crunches on the floor.
