Q: Hi, Tanja. I have a lot of your DVDs. My right knee bothers me and I cannot do any aerobics for a while. Which DVD of yours would you suggest I use for now? Thank you.

A: Hi, Achilina! Thanks for using the DVDs. You should try to do some foam rolling on your legs, and possibly stay away from running or any intense cardio until you find out what is going on with your knee. One of the DVDs that has less intense leg work is the Balance Ball Core Cross Train. I think you can use that one safely!
