<p><span style="font-size: 16pt;">A</span>: Hi Silvie, Thank you for your question! To get the muscles in the arms showing, the best thing is to work with heavier weights! After building some muscles by doing biceps curls or triceps extensions, for instance, and losing some fatty adipose tissue, the arms will look and feel toned and strong. </p>
<p>Many women think that heavier weights are not for them, but it is actually only in specific cases that women build a lot of muscle mass. We don&#8217;t have enough testosterone, and we usually don&#8217;t eat the amount of protein needed to build those kinds of muscles. </p>
<p>At some point in your routine, you can start doing push-ups and dips, but only when you have developed some strength and stability. Check out the <a href="http://tanjadjelevic.com/blog/2011/02/08/become-a-member/" target="_blank">membership program</a> for workouts!</p>
