The s*** has hit the fan, and most of us experience some sense of stress or uncertainty. This is an time where we have a lot of questions, and no answer coming any time soon. I’m going to make a few de stress videos today and upload them to my YouTube channel!!

-Take a pause. No data. No Screens. No News.

-Take time to breathe, meditate, consciously relax

-Keep doing your movement practice. It helps the stress and the immune system.
