I usually SWEAT bullets when I hear or read about a “new diet”. Mostly because they are the ones screwing things up for most people in general. Here is some easy advice to practice this week!

For Your Body: Change TWO easy things. Up the veggies. Nix the Sugar.

For your Head: Write down in your Diary (new Mantra):” When I eat healthy foods, I give LOVE to my body”

For your Heart: Get inspired by YUMMY and HEALTHY recipes in Gourmet Nutrition by Precision Nutrition.
