Finally Bendable Body LIVE tomorrow at noon!

I’m going to try this, and I’m sorry if it gets a bit jumbled. I’ve never really tried the IGTV LIVE feature, so let’s do this together tomorrow. I’m offering a shorter version of my mobility and dynamic stretch class Bendable Body! I’ll go on LIVE at noon and you will need a mat, a yoga block, and I think you using your own favorite music in the background can be a great choice. But honestly, I’m not so sure what will work, and we will have to figure it out together;) Fun!
