Easy #dailyfix RE-set nutrition week starting Monday
I am finally recovered from having Covid 19, and because I had to take both antibiotics and other medications, I really want to do a clean food RE-set week. Join me if you like! I’ll be posting what I’m doing on my IG story, but nowhere else, so get in there and look under the tab #dailyfix RE-set!
This is a great way to just clean out some toxic elements, and get off sugar and what, and possibly animal protein for a week. I doubt that you will feel hungry, but if you still do on this amount of food, your body most likely doesn’t have to eat more. It’s quite a bit!
