FAQs

What’s the difference between being a MEMBER and buying a STAND-ALONE package?

When becoming a MEMBER, you will pay a monthly fee and have access to ALL of the material, worth over $900. There will be new monthly features and classes, together with a sign-up for Q&A each month. You will have access to the community and always be able to ask questions, stay connected and enjoy support from me and other MEMBERS. If you don’t want to be a member, you can simply buy the package or program that suits you for the moment for a one time fee, and you’ll always have access to the material.

What happens if I don’t like the program?

We understand that it can take some time to feel out the style of a program. If you don’t like it within 14 days, you will have a full money-back guarantee! As a MEMBER you will be charged on month to month basis, so it’s up to you how long you want to have access. Otherwise, cancel at any time. When buying a full year membership, you will be able to cancel within 14 days, and get your money back.

Do I have to do all classes and workshops at all times?

The learning process takes time, and exercise requires enough rest between classes. To ensure students are not overwhelmed with tasks and info, we have created a weekly schedule to follow for the FULL program 1 & 2 (Fundamentals and Strong & Calm). This schedule is available for the membership as well as stand-alone packages. That way you can take your time to learn, and know exactly how to follow along. I highly recommend to make time for the material, and keep up with the scheduled classes and lessons for absolute best results!

Why is everything in English and Swedish? How does that work?

My people are both Swedish and English speaking, so the courses are available in both languages. To offer you more choice, we put both courses in a bundle so that anyone can pick either language. The Swedish language courses are a perk for my Swedish students.

Does it come with a diet plan?

No, these programs don’t come with a specific diet plan. I will teach you how to change your behavior relating to food and eating. In program 2 you learn new behaviors around stress management and sleep. You will have a brand new behavioral toolbox, a holistic approach to sustainable and healthy nutrition. It’s not a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle. You’ll have all the tools proven to work the most efficiently.

What equipment will I need?

For absolute best results, I recommend having at least two sets of dumbbells, light and medium, or medium and heavy. You will need two yoga blocks, a yoga mat, and some mini bands. You can do all the workouts without equipment, but they are created with this equipment in mind.
